Jim & Donna Walchle
Founders, Films 4 Flyovers, Inc.
Jim and Donna Douglas Walchle are the husband-and-wife duo behind Films 4 Flyovers, Inc., a faith-driven production company on a mission to revolutionize the entertainment industry. Jim brings decades of creative leadership, accountability, and project management expertise to the Satellite Child Find Foundation, Inc., having established Films 4 Flyovers to create high-quality stories that honor God and uphold a standard of excellence.
Jim co-produced CinemAbility: The Art of Inclusion, a documentary exploring disability representation in media that qualified for an Oscar run and featured Jamie Foxx, Ben Affleck, and Gary Sinise. He also developed an innovative film distribution model that tithes off the top of gross ticket sales to nonprofits—a spirit of generosity that directly mirrors the Foundation's mission.
Donna is an acclaimed songwriter with over 200 recorded songs, several reaching the top five on CCM and Adult Contemporary radio, translated into twenty-one languages and broadcast internationally. She authored the screenplay and songs for Five Date Rule, the couple's feature film that premiered at the Legacy Theatre in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Together, Jim and Donna's commitment to integrity, generosity, and purpose-driven storytelling now guides the Foundation's technology and organizational practices—bringing the same faith and dedication to reuniting missing children with their families.
